As a society, we aspire to nurture each child holistically, including character building, so that they are well-prepared for life-long learning, active and responsible citizenry and success in later life.
Through “Start Small Dream Big”, we hope to encourage the children to use their own resources and creativity to give back to society. In the process, instilling the spirit of giving and good values such as care for others, humility, kindness and compassion.
On 3rd April, we are pleased to announce the launch of our “Start Small Dream Big 2020” project! This year’s project is on Water Conservation and titled ‘I am Small but I can do my part to Save Water!’ The highlight of today’s launch party was the water rationing exercise for the N2s to K2s. We would like to thank all parents who had brought the bottles of tap water from home for this exercise. The water was used cautiously for the washing of hands as well as wiping down of the children during shower time. The pledging of the children to save water was also another focus for the event. The children proudly stamped their handprints on ‘Water Wally’ and wrote with confidence on their “Start Small Dream Big” pledge cards.
Last but not least, the children put up some performances which they wished to share with everyone about saving water.
“No one can do everything but everyone can do something!”
