When school reopened in June, PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Jalan Kayu Blk 518 (DS) had a mini launch of our Start Small Dream Big project in the individual classrooms. We are proud to have all levels from Playgroup to Kindergarten 2 to be involved in our project titled ‘Spark Tots that Count!’ We believe that our young children can do something to make a difference to the community. It may just be a small action, but we want them to know that it is the thoughts that count and that their actions can make a difference. Our project focus on caring for the elderly and saving water and electricity. Although we have already embarked our SSDB project during the 2 months of Home-based learning, this launch has helped the children to refresh their minds again about the project that we will be working on. The children watched the SSDB videos and also put their thoughts on how they can make a difference in the community by writing and drawing on heart-shaped cutouts.
