Since the launch of our Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) “Family Love” project on 29th April 2022, our children have been introduced to different family values such as Love, Respect, Care and Concern through stories, songs and activities for the past few months.
We hoped that the children would be able to extend this love towards the people in our community who need support. Hence, for our finale, we partnered with The Food Bank Singapore to host a food drive in our centre. This food drive also aimed to help ensure a steady supply of food rations and raise awareness about food insecurity and food wastage in Singapore.
Parents were invited to donate at least one food as per The Food Bank Singapore Ltd’s current wish-list.
