This year Start Small Dream Big, we embarked on a project on “ Spread the love to the people we care “.
The children had a discussion on the COVID-19, and decided on hand washing as they felt it was very important.
They wanted to make homemade soap and shared it with the people they care.
Children brought home some soap. They were tasked to teach their grandparents, parents and siblings how to do a proper handwashing at home.
We care, we share. The children distributed the homemade soap to the cleaners, letting them understand how important they are and reminded them to use the soap.
Some of the children brought fruits from home, together with the soap, they extended their love to the seniors at the Seniors Activity Centre. They paid them a visit and explained the importance of handwashing.
It was a meaningful experience for the children.
Sharing an idea you care about is a generous way to change your world for the better. SETH GODIN
