The school collated donated items from parents to be given to the Senior Activity Centre. The children helped to pack these donations into individual plastic bags to be passed to the seniors at the activity centre.
The children also created cards for each elderly that were given together with the goodie bags.
Each class also prepared a video presentation that was also shared with the seniors at SARAH Senior Activity Centre. The videos included a variety of exercise and action songs that the elderly can use during their exercise time.
After we delivered the goodie bags, cards and the copy of videos to the senior activity centre, the staff helped us to snap photos of how these were distributed to each elderly and how they enjoyed the video presentation of each class.
