On 25th July Thursday, we had our Racial Harmony Celebration. As a part of our kindness act we invited our elderly from Faith Act to celebrate the event with us.
We started off with a telematch by playing the cultural games with some modification to make it simple and fun for the children and the elderly.
After the telematch the children got their goodie bags and proceed to the art activity. Here the elderly and children made the ‘Kolam’, ‘Paper lantern’ and ‘Bunga Manggar’.
We had fun and at the end of the event the children gave away the goodie bag that they have prepared with contributions by Teachers and staff in the centre.
Giving is a part of kindness and kind words reflected on the bag by the children had shown their understanding of kindness.
Till we meet again 😊😊
