On 21 July, our children observed Racial Harmony with 41 Senior citizens from Teck Ghee Community Centre. Our children performed a Chinese drama, Tamil students presented a song and dance item while K2 classes did a Traditional Malay Dance. The Nursery and K1 children brought smiles and joy to the Senior citizens who sang and clapped along, “It’s love that builds community” for the finale song.
“Love is Giving” was evidenced as the children happily gave away the bags of goodies, contributed by their parents, to each Senior Citizen. The children felt a great sense of joy that they could show their kind acts and bring joy to the elderlies.
