Kidz Meadow Eunos held its Zoom Session with Pertapis Senior Citizen Fellowship Home cum SSDB Closing Ceremony on 8th September 2022. The programme started with a chair dance exercise where N2-K2 children showed the dance steps and led nenek and datuk. Followed by a pre-recorded poem entitled “Buat Nenek dan Datuk” recited by our K2 children. To make the zoom session livelier, our children sang a song ‘Chan Mali Chan’ together with nenek and datuk using the shakers to accompany the rhythm and beat of the song. The children watched a video presentation as they looked back to their SSDB 2022 journey.
Our school principal, Madam Rafeah together with the teachers delivered the items donated by our parents to PSCFH.
As we celebrated the end of our SSDB 2022, we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all our parents who have supported us and participated all throughout this journey. Truly, you have made this project a successful one. We would also like to express our heartfelt congratulations to all our N2-K2 children for doing a great job as they took part in our SSDB projects. Indeed, YOU have made us all very proud in making a difference in our community. In this journey, you have learned to connect with people and to care about other people. You have learned the value of giving back to the community.
Indeed, “No one can do everything but everyone can do something.” We look forward to our next SSDB journey with you.
