Today we were very excited because our children were invited to Bloosom Seed Activty Centre for our Intergenerational program cum Easter Day celebration. This was our first time stepping out of our comfort zone from Yew Tee Sparkle Care Senior Centre to Bloosom Seed to have activities with their elderly. As usual, zumba is always our first activity to engage the elderly. The most wonderful part is to know that some elderly who did not want to dance actually started to move to the beat of the music after much enouragement. Well done! Opportunities were also provided for the children and elderly to interact and communicate with one another when they work on the bunny easter eggs .
