At the end of term 2, the school reach out to the students’ families to be part of the SSDB Project. Families are encouraged to create upcycling items of their own creativity for the fundraising during the June holidays. It has always been the school practice to engage students’ families to be part of the home - school partnership activity and be actively involved in the children’s learning experiences.
Upon the new term starts, children brought the completed items to school for show and tell, expressing their anxiety in contributing to the sale of their own products during the fundraising event.
