In conjunction to our SSDB theme: Together, we can save the Earth! The K1 children were encouraged to create an imaginary water vehicle using the recycled materials as part of a lesson. Before creating, they discussed about the possible materials that they would use to create their water vehicle. Children was observed engaged when creating the water vehicle with their peers!
The next day, the children brought out their water vehicles to test whether it sink or float! They observed what happened when they placed their creation in the water. After the observation, they discussed again about why some of the water vehicle sink and float and suggested of how they van improve their water vehicle.
