In June, children from N2 to K2 worked together to design and draw posters to raise awareness on how to protect the Earth. Children put up posters around the school such as toilets, corridors and classrooms.
In July, K2 children had parents’ involvement to do their part to keep the public space clean and safe by doing a park clean-up at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park.
Lastly, children from all levels make use of the recyclables materials that we have collected from May until June. They used their creativity to create a diorama of famous landmarks in Singapore such as Marina Bay Sands, Singapore Flyer, SEA Aquarium, Merlion, Dragon Playground, Changi Airport and Garden’s By The Bay to celebrate Singapore’s 58th birthday.
As a closing of our Start Small Dream Big Project, “Our Earth, Future: Let’s Preserve and Nurture.” Not only do children learn about conserving nature, they also learned to appreciate their environment and help preserve their home in Singapore.
We are very happy to be part of this project!
