For our grand finale, our K1 children from Childfirst @ Tampines have decided to show their gratitude towards our unsung heroes by raising funds to prepare care packs for them.
Firstly, the children brainstormed for ideas on things that they can make from recycled materials that is useful. They then started to make their own photo frames, dustbins, coin banks, candle holders and etc.
Now they are all ready and excited to raise funds by selling the products that they have made.
With the generous funds that was collected through the sales, we prepared 15 care packs to be given away. After packing it into boxes, we finished it with a handwritten note from the children.
Finally, the children gave out the care packs to our unsung heroes.
Thank you to all the unsung heroes! We appreciate your hardwork and dedication to keep our environment clean and safe. :)
