On the eve of National Day, the PCF Sparkletots @ Kolam Ayer Blk 26B Nursery children visited the Kwong Wai Shiu Care Centre @ St. George, dressed in red and white, to celebrate with the elderly. They began by singing the national anthem and reciting the Pledge together, fostering a sense of unity and national pride. The children and seniors then worked together to make Singapore flag toasts using strawberry jam, cream cheese, crescent-shaped cheese, and honey stars. As they crafted their toasts side by side, the room was filled with laughter and joy. Once the toasts were ready, everyone shared and enjoyed them, celebrating the spirit of community and the intergenerational bond.
