In conjunction of Singapore Kindness Week in May. We have planned some activities for our children. To kick start of the kindness activities, we created a Kindness Tree to display at the lobby.
Firstly to activate prior knowledge by brainstorming ideas as a class. Teacher asks open-ended questions and jots down the responses on the chart paper.
We believe that doesnt always have to be something big, but that small things count just as much.
After discussion on “What is Kindness” the children wrote their thoughts on a paper “leaf” to place on the tree.
