The Start Small Dream Big launch party was successfully celebrated by the K1 – Love Class of MacPherson Sheng Hong Childcare Centre on 22 April 2021, Thursday. The K1 children was introduced to this year’s theme project – “Stay Connected, Make a Difference.”
This project’s goal is to reach out for the elderlies to make them feel loved through technology during these tough times. It also gives an opportunity for the children to build and show good values and plan simple activities in their own creative way. This is the first time we joined SSDB Project and it will surely be a fun journey for the class! They are forward to see and prepare something for the elderlies that will definitely leave their hearts full.
The children also watched the launch videos from the previous years. It made them feel more encouraged and gave them ideas on how they can give back to the community in their own small way.
The teacher also prepared an improvised hand tags for the children to wear during the launch party.
The children also made their pledges on how they will show their love and care to the elderlies.
The children were very happy and enjoyed today’s launch party!
