For the past 4 months, the children learnt these four values: Love, Care, Commitment, Respect. There were activities provided for the children to get to know these values better.
To get children to know the cultures of different races, we invited parents from different ethnic groups to come during our Racial Harmony celebration. Parents brought some heritage items and showed them to the children. They talked abour their own culture and traditions. Also, children got to explore with the items that the parents have brought and tasted some of these traditional food.
The children learnt to understand and appreciate the differences between one another as well as respecting the culture diversity.
