“ Let’s make muffin” … I like muffins , we did muffins on Mother’s Day for my mummy “ . It all started with a short conversation about what to do for the elderly. Children decided to make some mini muffins for the elderly – They prepared the ingredients with the help of their teachers and grandmother. The little advices and help from the grandmother has get children confident doing the muffins themselves.
On the 2nd day getting ready for the visit to the Community Care Network Elder Care Center, children did a short performance and distributed the muffins to the “ Ah Ma “ and “ Ah Gong” . The session ended with joy and laughter when the children and the elderly cheered “ HUAT AH” together. “Sharing is caring when given from the heart with pleasure “.
