The teachers, children and a parent were exited to go to the COMNET Senior Service Centre at Ang Mo Kio to do the workout together !
When the children reached there, they greeted the seniors. They were so happy when they met the children. When the music started, they followed the instructions and moved together. During the workout, the senior citizens took this opportunity to interact with the children and taught them how to do the actions ! It was indeed an astonishing moment as the children and senior citizens got to bond with each other.
Through this activty, children learn how to respect the seniors. Teaching children to respect the seniors is one of the basics of education. Not only to develop a positive behaviour in them, but also in future interactions among senior citizens and children.
