2/5 小朋友们一起去了<淡滨尼天地>。在这次小旅行中，小朋友们既买了鸡饭也逛了花园，还去图书馆借了书，丰富的活动小朋友们乐在其中！
Our Little Mosaic Juniors (K1) visited Our Tampines Hub on Thursday and visited the community garden where local plants and herbs are grown. We also went to the hawker centre to buy some local foods to try!
这天，小朋友们一早乘坐巴士到达“淡滨尼天地”,教师先带领小朋友们玩游戏“寻找图片中食阁店铺”。当小朋友们找到图片中店铺，教师就会介绍这是哪个种族的食物，分享食材的特色。 在午餐环节，小朋友们用自己带来的3元钱买鸡饭，自己点餐，与朋友们一起享用，有很多小朋友们多吃完了鸡饭，并说：“鸡饭很好吃。”
午餐过后，小朋友们参观了社区花园，认识了很多植物，比如有蔬菜：姜、白茄子。水果：蜜瓜、杨桃等等。小朋友们很是开心。最后小朋友们到图书馆，寻找自己喜欢看得书，体验阅书和借书的乐趣。当小朋友们回到巴士上后，还在回想游玩时的情景，跟朋友们讨论着……..
The children enjoyed themselves thoroughly as they learned more about what a community spirit is, and how people from all walks of life can contribute to make our community safe, green and homely.
