The children in Kinderland Preschool @ Woodlands Civic Centre (WCC) began the kindness journey by watching several videos. Next, they brainstormed some activities that they would like to do to promote kindness.
The SSDB party began in May with a Children’s Fashion Show. The children wore the costume made from recycled materials with their parents. Furthermore, WCC’s mummies were given vegetables planted by the children for healthy meals at home.
In June, the children along with their family participated in a meaningful “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle” activity to show kindness to our Mother Earth. All the WCC children prepared a special card to show love to their daddy and use kind words in everyday conversations.
For their SSDB Finale, the children extended their kindness to the community helpers and made sanitizer holders for Front liners. Lastly, the children created a WCC Recycling Station in school to disperse the Kindness Spirit in the “3R” effort.
