The K1 and K2 children in Toa Payoh Methodist Preschool were taught that kindness is to be practised with their own family at home. A letter was sent home to encourage the parents to allow their children to do kind deeds. Every Small Deed is important. They were to take photographs of their children doing kind deeds. These photographs were to be brought to school for show and tell sessions. These affirmed their efforts and encouraged their classmates to practise kindness at home.
