Our K1s and K2s enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles given by Singapore Kindness Movement.
What do the words say? We need to speak softly so we do not disturb the people living upstairs.
We launched an “Acceptable Noise Level Challenge” to encourage and remind ourselves to be mindful of our volume.
Do we get a chop today?
The children were motivated and made efforts to lower their volume when they speak with one another. They also helped to remind each other to speak softly.
Later we don’t have chop.
We concluded the challenge in 2 weeks and N1 won the challenge! Well done N1!
Speaking softly to one another decreases the likelihood of saliva droplets spreading around.
Besides being considerate towards our neighbours who could be resting, this action promotes being hygienic with love too!The children seemed to be motivated by this challenge. So, we have decided to run this challenge a second time in Term 4.
