We have not being able to visit our Ah Gongs and Ah Mahs at the Sparkle Care Senior Care Centre@ Yew Tee since the pandemic started in year 2020. Nevertheless, we are glad that we are able to Zoom- back with them this year!
Our first zoom appointment with Ah Gongs and Ah Mahs was to meet up for Chinese New Year celebration. Children from Nursery to K2 started to practise their lion dance, dances and songs in mid Jan 2021. Once they were ready, we started to record their performances and to be shared with the Ah Gongs and Ah Mahs on the day of the celebrations. Parents were also invited to involved in this SSDB by helping to train their children to greet the elderlies via Zoom.
