We celebrated Easter by making an Agar Agar egg. In this cookery session children experimented on a liquid which turned into solid without freezing! We opted for dairy milk instead of coconut milk due to its high calcium content.
After a cookery session, children poured out the liquid into an egg shell. After it turned solid, we put it in refrigerator to cool down. Children shelled the Easter egg and took it back home to share with their family.
