We had our culminating activity on 19 August 2017. This was a joint activity to celebrate our SSDB Project and Racial Harmony.
The K2 children hosted the event with the help of the K1 class. The Toddler, N1, and N2 class also helped us with setting up the booths.
During our opening program each class from Toddler to K2 presented a song and dance representing the different cultures at our centre. We also warmly welcomed our family and friends who came to support us.
Everyone enjoyed going around the cultural booths (Chinese, Malay, Indian, Filipino-Myanmar-Vietnam) to buy the crafts we made from recyclable materials and delicious cultural delicacies we cooked.
The sales from the Harmony Bazaar will be going to the AWWA Senior’s Activity Centre. Just like last year’s K2 class, we will visit the pioneers again to spend time with them and make them happy.
