Donation Collection
In the final phase of our SSDB project, we held a donation drive to collect necessities and essential goods. We hoped that it brought some joy and cheer to show our care and concern towards the elderly and residents at SWAMI home. The donation goods were collected at our centre and organized before being sent to the home.
My Reflection Journal
At the end of the project, children were engaged in a post-project reflection. They talked about the activities they have done and shared the part that they enjoyed best. Through this project, children have learned to care for the elderly and developed a sense of empathy and compassion towards them. During sharing, children talked about what they have enjoyed most about the project.
