We organised a family bonding event on Saturday 4th May 2019 in congruence with our SSDB theme to encourage parents and children to adopt a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy and keeping fit through exercises. Kicking off the event, everyone got onto their feet and did an adrenaline rush workout conducted by a professional Zumba instructor!
Before the event, the children were taught to keep fit through exercises and playing games. During the carnival, the teachers set up game and food stations for the children and parents to get active through playing fun games and eating healthy food purchased at the stations.
The family day carnival was indeed a great way to promote our SSDB theme on “Eat Healthy, Go Active!”. Way to go! our LoveShine SSDB agents!
