On 15th June 2019, Saturday, our centre, MFS CCK04, organised a Parents’ Day Carnival to provide opportunity for parents and children to get together and spend some quality time with each other, through engaging and meaningful activities that we planned.
With this carnival too, we encourage children to show love and care for the people around them, especially the needy. In conjunction with our K1 and K2’s Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) project, ‘Love Food Avoid Waste’, we had fund raising activities in our carnival with game stalls, food stalls and craft station. The funds were raised through the sale of coupons and all proceeds will go to The President’s Challenge.
Objective: To foster bond amongst parents and children while encouraging children to show love and care for the people around them, especially the needy, by taking part in fund raising activities in a carnival having game stalls, food stalls and craft stations for parent-child activities, whereby funds will be raised through the sale of coupons.
