On Friday, 16th September 2022, our SSDB team did a fund raising for All Saints Home! The children were excited to make crafts for the teachers to sell! The children decided to do some crafts that reflected what they learned during the September holidays which was Heritage! :)
The SSDB team set up the fund raising booth outside the school with balloons, music and the lovingly handmade items from our children.
The Nursery 2 children coloured and decorated their rangoli frame with beads, straws and crystals! They also made bookmarks that was previously made during the launch of SSDB.
The Kindergarten 1 children persevered to paint their lanterns using water colours. The kindergarten 1 teachers assisted in placing the flickering candle at the bottom of their lanterns.
The kindergarten 2 children decorated their very own pots. With the pots, the children tirelessly placed soil, peck chye seeds with a picture of them in their graduation gowns!
The children were excited to assist the teachers in selling the handmade items to the members of the public and parents :)
