We launched our project - Health on my plate with a fun filled picnic. Children of K1 & K2 planned their own picnic @ ECP. They planned for a healthy menu and team games.
They took great joy and responsibility in preparing their own snack. Their snack consisted of wholemeal sandwiches made with low fat cheese, lettuce, hard boiled egg, cherry tomato and grapes.
According to their theme - working together with friends; they planned fun team games.
They came back to school feeling accomplished and happy with the wonderful picnic they had.
