In line with Caring for the Environment, the children and teachers talked about the issues we are facing with regards to our resources. They also deliberated on ways to minimise the issues and upcycling was discussed as a solution.
The children brought home with them ideas of upcycling and created new outfits from old materials with their family members at home.
They arrived in school full of excitement to parade their inventions to their friends and teachers. The children definitely felt inspired by this project to aid in the cause of conservation.
