On the 14th to 18th of March 2022, the children at Skool4Kidz Campus @ Sengkang Riverside Park celebrated SG Family! as part of our March Holiday Programme. Children learnt more about the different family values and recognised acts of love that they can show to their family members through their actions.
Teachers planned many engaging and meaningful activities where the children reflect acts of love for their family. In conjunction to it, we used resources provided bt Families for Life to share with the children stories and songs about LOVE.
Through art and crafts as well as show and tells, the children shared their appreciation for their family members. They reflected on the different ways their family members have shown LOVE to them too. Children shared on the importance of LOVE in families and on how their actions affect others too.
The children learnt on how families are an important part of our lives that we ought to treasure, and that a family’s love begins with ourselves.
