Our recent excursion to Jamiyah Home for the Aged was a heartwarming experience for both the children and the elderly residents. The children from Nursery, K1 and K2, proudly wearing their SSDB orange hats, brought joy and energy to the home with their presence.
In collaboration with Jamiyah, we also organized a donation drive, and we are grateful for the generous contributions from our parents. Toiletries, packet milk, teas, and clothing were among the many items donated, all of which were well-received by the residents.
During the visit, the children engaged the elderly with dance performances of cultural and fold songs such as Chan Mali Chan, Chammak Challo and Ali tap tap.
It was a truly enriching experience, and we look forward to more valuable experiences in the future.
