Due to COVID circuit breaker, our SSDB Earth Day Event was done with the help from our parents. Although the situation was quite intense at that point of time, parents tried their best to balance working from home, caring for their children, and participating in our home-base learning activities’ ZOOM sessions.
On 22nd April 2020, our parents received an Earth Day “mission list”, stating sample activities that they could do (hands-on and online) with their children. With the belief that parents ARE the best models for young children in character building and developing of good moral values, we included our parents in this “mission list”.
We would like to thank all parents who attempted the activites on the “mission list” with our young Earth Day Ambassadors. Do continue to go green, go clean. Our Earth is in your hands!
