In May our K2 children went outdoors to clean up and sanitise the outdoor play areas. They also picked up dried leaves from the surrounding garden area for recycling and disposal.
In conjunction with our SSDB Project, Kindness Starts with Me!, our K2 decided to make thank you & appreciation cards for our community helpers.
Using the dried leaves collected, they made thank you notes for the cleaners in our community.
They did dried leaf printing using paint, brushes and paper. After letting it dry, they wrote thank you messages and notes on them.
Next they passed the completed cards to the community cleaners. Again we would like to thank these men who helped to keep our community clean. 😊
