To provide the children with better understanding of how to create their own dish garden, we have invited Aunty Siew Gek from NPARKS to conduct an introductory dish garden workshop with the children.
The objective of the dish garden workshop is to equip the children with skills on how to create their dish garden as well as proper way of maintaining the dish garden.
The children had a lot of fun learning with Aunty Siew Gek as she patiently explains to them how it is not necessary to water the plants daily as the soil used retains the water.
Children were proud of their end products from the workshop. Excellent effort!
