Encouraging children to recycle is a fun way to teach children to be more creative and to understand the importance of recycling. After planning on how to reuse the recycled materials, the K2 children started to make coin banks. They used newspapers and old magazines and worked together to cut and fold into rolled paper designs. The finished products use to paste and decorate the canisters and plastic containers. While they are working together on this project, the children build teamwork and perseverance.
