28 June 2019 , is our Combo Event Day. Children and teachers were all excited. The event commenced at 5pm. Mr. Moses Ng (Carpe Diem Mi Preschool’s Director) did a welcome address for the parents. Teacher Ruby shared things that children have done during this SSDB projects. Then Parents were divided into two groups for the Chinese hands on workshops. First group were parents from PG, Pre-Nursery and Nursery. Second group were parents of K1 and K2. The workshop’s title for PG to Nursery was “How to Enhance Children’s Fine Motor Skills” while second group workshop’s title for K1 and K2 was How Will Teaching Aid Help Enhance Children’s Learning at Home. After the workshops we started our “Charity Drive”. Children tried to assist in selling the craft and food.
At the end of the event we’ve collected a total of $600 and will all proceeds were donatef to Ling Kwang Home.
We are so thankful for all the continues support of all the generous and loving parents.
Children were glad that we collected $600 for the residents of Ling Kwang Home. They look forward to visit the residents in July to pass the donation cheque to them.
