Our children were helping raising funds for charitable causes - even our tiniest learners can be productive fundraisers. With creativity and a healthy dose of supervision, they spent close to 39 hours creating lots of crafts, sales items and paintings for art auction and holding a sale on the Entrepreneur’s Day. With the kind supports from parents and family members, showing up themselves on the D-day and participating in art bidding, our children managed to raise a total a of S$5180. The proceeds will go towards supporting our community partners in their daily operation and provision of transport and medications for beneficiaries - SPD@Toa Payoh, Moonlight Home for the Aged and Handicapped LLP, TOUCH Senior Activity Centre@Yishun, Society of the Aged Sick and Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC).
