Kindness begins with US! A joint effort with parents, children and staff of the centre! Food items such as a variety of biscuits and beverages ranging from milk, oats, milo, tea and coffee were brought in by everyone.
The children, staff and even our interns from Ngee Ann Polytechnic prepared small notes to thank the people working in the old folks home and to the elderly who are staying in the homes. The children helped to pack the items in a paper bag and our supportive parents helped to send the little care packs to the 2 homes that we worked with - Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home and Ju Eng Home! Heartfelt thanks to our parents who donated the food items. Thank you children and staff for packing the care packs. Through this little project, the little ones learn to be kind and appreciate the things they have in life ❤!
