The centre launched the SSDB event during Mother’s Day celebration. Mothers together with their children used recycled materials to create craftwork.
The K1 children proudly showed off their craftwork done with their mothers.
On Charity Drive Day, the children displayed their craftwork done using recycled materials for “sale” to their parents.
The parents “bought” the children’s craftwork using food items such as Milo, biscuits and oats that were requested by St. Luke’s Eldercare.
The K1 and K2 children made a trip to St. Luke’s Eldercare to present the food items collected on Charity Drive Day. The children performed a few songs to entertain the elder folks.
The children interacted with the elder folks by playing “Passing the ball” game and having conversations with them.
