On March 27, 2024, the K1 and K2 children from MY World @ St. George’s made a heartwarming visit to the NTUC Home for the Elderly in Geylang East.
The day was filled with joy and meaningful interactions as the young and elderly connected through various engaging activities. The children and residents participated in lively chair exercise sessions, promoting health and wellness for all ages.
Additionally, they enjoyed playing games together, which fostered a sense of camaraderie and brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
In addition to the children’s visit, the parents played a significant role in supporting the elderly residents by generously donating essential items.
They contributed thoughtful gifts such as hot plasters, medicated ointments, and hand towels, which were carefully chosen to cater to the daily needs of the elderly.
