As part of our SSDB activity, our centre participated in a Biodiversity week which took place from May 17-26, 2024, children from N2-K2 engaged in various educational activities to learn about the significance of nature reserves, specifically focusing on Sungei Buloh Wetland reserve. The highlight of the week was an activity book titled “Playtime with Rey and Kingsley” which was specifically designed to teach students about the diverse animal life at Sungei Buloh.
At the conclusion of the activities, the children were encouraged to reflect on their learning experience and discuss ways they could contribute to preserving nature. This helped to instill a sense of responsibility and awareness about environmental conservation from a young age.
