To close our SSDB project, children appreciated one another during Friendship Day. Children participated in activities which allowed them to show appreciation to their friends through fun games and activities where they displayed good teamwork and camaraderie. A various of activity were conducted. For the early year’s children, using puppets, they participated in the story telling of The Kindness Cubbies. They went on to role play using these puppets. For the N2 and K1 children, they discussed on how to be a good friend and made friendship keychain and exchanged with their friends. Our K2 children did a discussion, roleplay and a friendship chain where they wrote down the positive traits of their friends.
Through this 6 activities that we carried out for our project. Children have gained much confidence in expressing themselves and to meet new people! Children, teachers as well as parents have also learned and showed appreciation in different meaningful ways. And with this, we concluded our SSDB POJECT - Big Heart Little Me !
