This year for Newton Kindergarten, we want to partner with Newton Life Church to spread love and joy to the Seniors in the church.
Our K2 children started by making cards for the Seniors. They wrote meaningful verses in both English and Chinese. The parents and children also brought in goodie bags filled with milo, cereals, biscuits and surgical masks.
Besides giving out these lovely bags of love, our children wanted to do more by singing songs to the Seniors. They put in great effort to practise and the Seniors really enjoyed their performances.
This event was a success only because of the great partnership from school, church and parents. We are truly thankful and appreciates everyone who contributed in SSDB 2023.
