Water rationing happened in Singapore in 1963. We wanted children to ‘feel’ the experience during that time in the past. Therefore, teachers, PSG and children helped to set-up the Kampung spirit indoor.
Children carefully picked the dried leaves on the ground from the garden.
The leaves they collected were being spread around the teacher-made water well.

Making use of natural resources (leaves from the garden) and recycled materials, teachers created Kampung house and water pump.
With the team work and combined effort, the mission is done. We are excited to launch the SSDB with the children!
