Covid-19 has impacted the Aviation Industry tremendously and with that, the Customer Experience Agents (CEA) working in the airport had went through many major changes and challenges. To understand their job roles better, the children from M.YWorld @Pasir ris had the opportunity to interview the CEA through virtual meeting and learned more about them. They gained greater appreciation for what the CEA are doing and realized that they shared one common thing, which is the love for the Airport.
To give a morale boost to the CEA, the children created a collaborative artwork, cards and crafts and the principal and teachers presented the gifts to the Changi Airport Group and P-Serv on behalf of the children. The children also created a short video to encourage the CEA and was showed during the presentation. The CEA were thrilled and touched to receive the crafts from the children and motivated them to continue giving their best in what they do.
