Last month, the N2 – K2 children were invited to visit their nearest library and were challenged in a scavenger hunt activity. They were given a list of areas they need to find. They searched around to look for the essential areas of a library such as the Book Drop, Catalogue, Programme Zone, and a lot more. This experience gave opportunities for families to bond. Most of them went to the library during weekends and their parent’s off days from work. They took the chance to take photos beside each essential area. They also had the chance to browse and read books together at the Kids Area.
The children from N2s to K1s are now looking forward to creating their storybooks to be displayed in the Library these coming months. We hope to share our children’s creativeness and love with the stories through their own story books.
