A love of a grandparent for his/her grandchild is unconditional. They deserve to be loved more.
As a continuation of our activity of the elderly, the children from N2-K2 made a card that filled with colourful drawings and heartfelt messages and phrases.
Even though the N2’s really cannot spell some of the words, their dedication and love for the elders made them persevere in writing their letters and messages. They asked their teacher’s help to spell out some words for them. For K1-K2, they enjoyed drawing and making their cards as nice and pretty as possible for they said, “We love our elders.”
This activity will be one of the reminders to our children that even our elders, grandmothers and grandfathers need some encouragement and love from young ones.
